DO NOT go here or take your child! My daughter was seeing an intern through zoom appointments. They were very unorganized and I would have to call multiple times to remind them to send a link. This past week ,my minor daughter had computer issues logging on (which has never happened before. We have never canceled an appointment/missed an appointment before this). They are now saying they need to charge me $175 for this "missed appointment". We currently have medi-cal as our healthcare provider and charging medi cal patient for missed appointments is illegal! I will now be following up with BBB and medi cal regarding this fraud and their practice. Extremely disappointing and sad as they market themselves towards children in need.

Had an appointment for my son. Handled all the paperwork prior to scheduled time. I had discussed that I had final decision when it came to my sons care and schooling and it says it in the order. So I get a call a couple hours before saying that we can’t do the session today cause we need mom signature. Wait what ? So you had more than a week to let me know this and a couple hours before you tell me this. When I thought that was handled already. Very unprofessional I would not retro’s place at all

I'm seeing an intern but I really love talking with her. My doctor thinks I'm pregnant again and Alisha has been so kind and nice to me and understanding of everything that I have been going through. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
