I received Excellent Care. Flexible scheduling- early morning visits worked great for me.
In response to another review ,The “office” is actually ran by Scott & White. Dr.C doesn’t necessarily schedule patients herself. The front desk does so. She isn’t in a private practice, she is with Baylor Scott & White.
She is scheduled the same as every other doc within the hospital system.
Referrals from someone’s PCM not being in place isn’t her fault.. that should have been gotten before making an appointment .. in my opinion.

I called well over a month ago to be seen by Dr. Clowney. After leaving a message at her office and never being called back, I called again and was able to get a hold of someone who told me I needed a separate appointment for a referral before I could be seen. I was seen for my referral about a week later and took my paperwork in the same day to Dr. Clowney’s office and was told to wait for a call regarding my appointment. Nearly three weeks later I finally received a call and the earliest they could get me in was August 15th. I gladly accepted this date because I needed to be seen as soon as possible. I received a phone call today that this date no longer works for Dr. Clowney as she won’t be in the office and they need to reschedule. My schedule doesn’t allow me to be seen in their office for at least another three weeks. I am leaving a one star rating because I am very dissatisfied with the interactions I had with this office before I was even able to be seen. I understand things come up and these things happen but waiting this long for a therapy appointment is down right ridiculous. This whole process has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this office.
