I’ve been in therapy for 18 years, the last 5 with Jane. She is amazing! She is so patient and so understanding, and you can tell she really does care about you as a unique human being, not just another scheduled appointment. She’s also been great in terms of scheduling - if for whatever reason I can’t come in person, she’s been willing to do a video session. Truly one of the best out there.

Dr. Jane Westmoreland is the best therapist I have ever had! I've had therapists that make you feel like you are talking to a wall, but you know that she is truly listening to you and your concerns. She is the most empathetic, kindhearted, and wise therapist and human being I've met. She challenges me, but also meets me where I am at if we need to slow down.
