I attempted to switch to this practice from my current provider. I did not even complete the intake appointment, as the "provider" was rude and unprofessional, much less totally devoid of empathy or care for me as a patient. I was scheduled with Grace Onuegbo and I would never recommend anyone see her for anything! I waited 10 minutes for her to even join the call, and then she never looked at me during the entire 15 minute conversation. She was uninterested in why I was there or what I needed, or my comfort level. When she told me I would have to jump through all kinds of hoops to actually be treated, I said I wish I had been told that information, since I did ask, when scheduling, and Grace YELLED at me that the people who schedule appointments are not doctors. When she then went on to smirk and laugh at my answer to a very personal question, I had enough and ended the appointment. The woman working in the office, Crystal, was fantastic. It is unfortunate I will never go back to this practice because she was great and put me at ease before seeing the "provider." I did send an email about my experience and called the office and left a message. I waited to post a review to give the practice a chance to respond, but they have not bothered to respond, other than to encourage me to share my experience on Google! Well, I am sharing it, and I hope anyone who is considering this practice will read this and think again!

Been going to this office for years and was fine. However, my most recent appointment time and location was changed without me rescheduling or being called to notify me of the change of plans. At the newly scheduled time I tried to access the online video chat, then was unable to access it, nobody at the office would answer the phone. About 20 minutes after my appointment time I was called by a very rude lady at the office that questioned me about why I wasn't at my appointment despite trying to reach someone on the phone for about 15 minutes, then hung up on me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ravikumar for almost two years, and he’s truly an incredible psychiatrist. He listens carefully, remembers small details about my life, and has worked tirelessly to adjust my medications until we found the perfect combination for me. Thanks to him, my mental health has improved so much, and I’m incredibly grateful for his care and dedication.

That said, the office staff could use significant improvement. It’s frustrating that there’s never (and I mean never) anyone available to answer the phone, making it difficult to change appointments or ask simple questions. I’ve reached out through voicemail, text, and email and haven’t received a response regarding something as basic as a receipt. While Dr. Ravikumar is amazing, the lack of communication from the office staff makes things unpleasant.

That said, five stars for the care of my doctor. The practice itself is the problem.

Once I was seen it was great! I did have my appt get cancelled because the forms weren’t completed. They did attempt to call me and left messages saying my appt would be cancelled if I didn’t get them in, which I didn’t get so when I showed up, my appt was cancelled. They also still sent me a confirmation text the night before, so I was not tracking the cancellation. So if you’re someone who doesn’t answer unknown phone numbers, just make sure you are up on your voicemail. Thankfully I got a different appt the following day and my experience was great. 👍🏻

I’ve visited the office the other day. It was very welcoming and clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very professional. She was honest and helpful. Would definitely recommend them

TMS is a game changer.At 64, I have a variety of health issues and at the time TMS allowed me to reduce the amount of oral meds. This kept me able to relax about my health.
