Graduating from the 9-month Psychosynthesis Coaching Program at PSI has been one of the most profound and transformative experiences of my life. When I first enrolled, I was seeking a deeper understanding of myself and a framework to support others in their personal and professional growth. What I gained was far beyond my expectations.

The program’s structure was a perfect blend of theory, experiential learning, and practical application. Each module introduced new concepts and tools, from subpersonalities and the will to guided meditations, self-reflection techniques, and so much moreee. The depth and richness of these teachings were complemented by the co-coaching sessions with our designated partner as well as other students in the class along the majority of the program which helped me apply the learnings to the sessions.

What truly set this program apart was the caliber of the instructors and mentors. Their wisdom, empathy, and ability to hold space for us as learners were beyond anything I could have hoped for. Each one brought a unique perspective and an authentic presence that allowed us to dive deeply into the material while feeling fully supported.

The mentors in particular played a pivotal role in my growth. Through their guidance, I learned to trust the process, to work with my inner self with compassion, and to become more present for others. Their feedback was insightful and constructive, always aimed at helping us refine our skills and deepen our understanding of Psychosynthesis principles.

This program not only expanded my professional toolkit but also profoundly enriched my personal life. It gave me the courage to confront my own challenges and the tools to help others do the same. I’m leaving this program with a sense of clarity, confidence, and purpose that I didn’t have before.

Where do I even begin... Taking the Psychosynthesis Life Coaching course at PSI was one of the best decisions of my life. PSI's Life Coach & Leadership Certification is a highly recommended and excellent Coaching programme! Having considered training as a coach for close to 5 years, I struggled to find a programme that spoke to me, but with PSI, I knew within the first 15 minutes of the discovery call that it was the one for me!

I loved the Supervised Coaching Labs, the co-coaching opportunities, and even the study weekends. As someone who's facilitated immersive learning journey's for senior leaders, I had high expectations, and I'm pleased to share that they were exceeded. PSI sets the bar high with this truly transformative learning journey.

As students, we were often in receiving mode, and the teachers skilfully straddled the opportunity to teach and hold space for a vast number of individual styles and preferences. People come from all walks of life to join this programme, and it really enriches the collective learning field. I don't think there was a single person who wasn't profoundly moved and changed by the journey.

The teachings around Psychosynthesis complement holistic approaches to healing and coaching, and help to ground us (and our clients) in the broader environment we exist within, our unique life experiences and our individual soul purpose. One thing I learned that will stay with me is that: "Our souls are unique, so when we are soul-aligned, we cannot be compared" <3 I intend to bring this holistic mind, body, spirit approach to coach clients in the business community, to help people transform their lives, to honour their ambitions and their souls! Finally, I want to commend the team for the excellent "business" section of the programme. I'm a seasoned business leader, with two business degrees, and I still learned a thing or two!

How to bring words to this priceless experience? Like so many, I'm a seeker. I'm an amalgamation of diverging life experiences, epiphanies, victories & failures. Life is a process and a journey after all. HOWEVER... My life path is suddenly more energized and aligned because of my experience with the leadership, loving intention, integrity, and content of this program. Oh, how I wish I had enrolled years ago! It is somewhat challenging to write a review to an experiential process of transformation. There is so much depth within this program. I like many people have wondered onto many programs receiving blessings from each. The great blessing from stepping into this community, this space, this graduate program is vast. I have received a deepening into my soul's essence, the very nature of who I am. I have received love & support to which i give myself now and to which I feel nurtured in from the great leaders of this program. My heart is in great reverence for trusting the call to be here and trusting this beautiful process of the transpersonal realm of psycho spiritual coaching. This is more than tools here, the tools are incredibly supportive, there is passion here too. There is a safe space, a space too unfold, to be seen, to be felt. I honestly can't say enough. Trust the call, the trust the nervousness, trust and do something like this, for whatever you're reason to be here, there exists a reason for it here.
