Excellent service with everyone I have dealt with. Courtney is AMAZING. Today I had to have another person as I missed my appointment yesterday. She was very helpful and kind as well.

Courtney and Her assistant Jade are amazing!!
I would also like to thank Kai for his amazing attitude and his pursuit of excellence within his job. All three of the four mentioned people go above and beyond to help their clients. In my opinion, all they ask is that we are kind to them and treat them with respect . All of this to say I absolutely respect each and every one of them. I would highly recommend Folsom Psychiatry and Associates. They have been such a blessing in my life. I would like to add that Kai has been amazing as well. He has a very calm demeanor, and he truly cares about the individuals he speaks with. I am very grateful for Kai as well as Jade and Courtney.

The doctor I have has been wonderful. I have been a patient here for over six years, and when I first started going, the place was great, and the staff was very helpful. However, since they started using outsourced calls, getting the assistance I need and not feeling rushed to end the call has become difficult. The people on the other end are nice, but it’s clear that they usually don't know how to help, or it’s challenging to explain what I need. It feels like the company only cares about positive reviews, and helping patients isn't a priority.

They were incredibly helpful and understanding of a time sensitive issues. Everyone was willing to help and quick to respond. Especially Harvey, Margaret and Morgan. Great employees and nice people. They were in contact with me on a daily bases assisting me with any issues I had.

Just spoke with Alex and set up a phone appointment with a doctor and he approved my request and I am writing a review. He was very polite and understand. The phone call was appreciated and the time spent with me before setting up the meeting of this doctor for my questions and Care needs in this healthy mental health balance for the future visits under their care team he has scheduled me for, was moving easy and quick and Alex the intake Coordinator helped perfectly. It is well! Thanks guys and gals! I am looking forward to good things ahead for my mental health process, couldn't be much better than that!
