I have 4 kids going here. The therapists (ms keeley, ms Shawna and ms Venezia) are amazing. The play therapy is great and my kids always ask when their next appointment is because they can’t wait to go back. The therapists definitely love kids and want to help them. It is always humbling as a parent getting feedback on what we can improve on on our part. But it helps the kids and that’s the goal.

The child psychiatrist (dr anguiano but she’s moving on) is amazing and very careful and helpful with adhd and anxiety.

Even the full psych eval with dr Floyd was very thorough and worth getting imo. I think everyone should get them instead of worrying their whole life what is wrong with them. Get that diagnosis early!

I’ll be honest the upfront deposit of $250 was intimidating for this part but we got it back. You can always get a free eval at the school so I would start there just know you’ll have to wait a few months to get those results.

The front desk ladies Sandra and Gaby are very kind and helpful. They know what they’re doing too. And they always decorate the super nice and kid friendly waiting room for holidays.

There are even nice motivational quotes in the restroom and waiting room.

The location is great. Easy to get to. Super nice. Next to the Amazon distribution center. Close to the freeway. I just wish they had one closer to stone oak area.

You can reserve appointments online but with four kids it’s a hassle and easier to make them at the front desk for months out. You do have to plan ahead with the appointments months out or you may have to wait a few weeks to get in. You don’t get just a regular automatic slot which is frustrating.

It is nice having a one stop shop though for all my kids mental health needs.

Horrible!! This placed promised me they would only charge my credit card with approval and then started charging without contacting me first. I decided to stop using them for obvious reasons and contacted their office manager Shannon Miller through email and she would not take the charges off and then stopped responding. - If you have used them or are currently using then, I would check your statement for their fraudulent activity!

Love the clinic and the services they provide for kids. Gaby behind the front desk was a lot of help with finding a provider for my kiddo. Would absolutely recommend to anyone whose child is in need of their services. Professional, friendly environment and it is awesome to see how their work positively affects the children.

We have had an excellent experience with Mind Works. From Gaby at the front desk, Dr. Floyd-Alexander, Dr. Flynn and Dr. Wilcox.

They are all patient, kind and knowledgeable. They explain pertinent information very well.

Looks like we will be here long term.

I know a professional who works at your facility and she's been extremely helpful in answering questions I've had regarding PSY testing for my grandkids, counseling services needed for a family member and questions I've had regarding health care insurance. Fatima has been helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions I've had about my particular health care benefit plan as well. I would definitely recommend her and your facility to a Friend.
